The work of the Sigma Public Education and Research (SPEAR) Foundation is strengthened by people who believe that their professional expertise, experience, and time can help create meaningful community impact.
Through our Call for Leadership & Service, SPEAR is building a broader network of talented professionals and volunteers who can help strengthen our programs, infrastructure, partnerships, resource development, and ability to demonstrate measurable impact.
Professional volunteers have an opportunity to work alongside Foundation leadership, contribute specialized expertise, build relationships, strengthen nonprofit systems, and directly support work designed to expand opportunity and strengthen communities.
